Handbuilding actually takes much more time than the wheel. These bowls & trays are great to just have on a counter or next to a bed or couch, like a small "draw" for earrings, loose change, paperclips or just to be. These are also food safe and could be part of a larger meal plan- veggies, rice or side accents to a fabulous meal or leave it on the counter or table with fresh fruit! The holes are great for washed fruit like grapes and berries!
